What food do you feed?
-We feed Inunshuk Marine 25 to my big dogs, and Inukshuk Marine 16 to the puppies. I will have this available to purchase on puppy pick up day.
What health testing do you do?
-We do a full genetic health panel on Paw Prints that is specific to Labrador Retrievers. We also do OFA hips, elbows, and eyes.
Do you have any puppy delivery?
-Yes, I myself transport via car and plane, so I know they are being taken care of to my standard. I will drive up to 5 hours one way. When driving, I charge a mileage fee one way. My parents also live in central Florida, and can transport along their route from middle Tn, to central Fl. Anything over 5 hours, I do have a pet transport person that I would 100% trust referencing out.
-I can also fly with the puppy under my seat in a carrier. Buyer is responsible for round trip airfare, $400 flight nanny fee, and $200 in miscellaneous fees including: $150 pet fee, $50 parking fee, and $50 travel meals.
Where are the puppies born?
-The puppies are born in an EZ Whelp inside our home. This is for me to be able to watch our female closely before birth and keep her in a calm, relaxing, and clean environment for puppies arrival. Puppies will be examined, weighed regularly, and most of all LOVED.
What do you mean my puppy comes with 30 days of free insurance?
-This means that we are partners with Trupanion and they offer every puppy we have FREE 30-day insurance. We will provide you with all the information to activate this. If you are interested in continuing coverage through them, there will also be further instructions in your take home folder to do so.
How do I submit a deposit?
-Once I have your approved application, deposit agreement, and puppy contract… I will send you an invoice via QuickBooks. On there, it will have a line item for the $300 deposit, and a line item for the $2700 remaining puppy price. At minimum, you must pay the deposit to reserve a spot, but you can keep that invoice link and continue to pay as you go IF that makes it easier for you. The entire invoice must be paid before you take your puppy home.
What will my puppy come home with?
-When you pick your puppy up, he/she will come with a Snuggle Puppy, Muletown Labradors Richardson hat or shirt (you pick which one), matching bio thane leash and collar (from Reign Outdoors Co), blanket with moms scent, microchip activation, poop bags, a folder with documents including vet records, AKC registration, pedigree, Trupanion Insurance, and etc documents.
Do you have a puppy headstart program?
-Yes! We offer a headstart program to extend your puppy’s stay beyond 8 weeks. This helps keep momentum with potty and crate training, while introducing name recognition, heel, sit, down, stay, and place through positive reinforcement. We encourage planning for 4-6 weeks, but we take it week by week as every puppy progresses differently. If you are late for puppy pick up, your puppy will be automatically enrolled in this program. This is $250/wk. Please check in advance to see if I have availability.

Is my puppy deposit refundable?
-No, your puppy deposit is non refundable. The only time I refund deposits is if you are set on a specific color and gender, and we do not have that available. You can either credit it for the next litter, or we will refund it.
Do I get to pick the exact puppy I want?
-I do not do “pick of the litter”. I do temperament testing when the puppies are 7 weeks old, and place the puppies based off of the type of home the puppy will be going to. I do this because I have puppies that go to family and hunting/hunt test homes, and a family home would not need the high drive puppy. I always tell people to choose a reputable breeder, and a litter of your choice, and trust that the breeder will provide you with a puppy that matches what will be best for you. I do allow gender, and color preferences.
Can we send you pictures/updates?
-YES YES YES! We thrive off of hearing of how well our puppies are doing. We have puppies from coast to coast, and it makes us so proud to see all of your puppies accomplishments!
Do you breed any silver or charcoal labs?
-We do not breed any dilutes. If you are interested in buying silver or charcoal “lab”, this is not the breeder for you. I unfortunately do not have any recommendations for someone who breeds them responsibly.
